Job Summary
Position: Bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist (Spanish)
Location: Charlotte NC
Schedule: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (Potential OT Required)
Pay Range: $24.90 hourly paid weekly.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking digital marketing professional to lead the execution of Spanish-language this role youll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design launch and optimize digital programs that drive awareness of the companys rewards offerings. This position offers the opportunity to join a highly collaborative innovative environment where critical thinking creativity and flawless execution are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Spanish-language digital marketing campaigns to promote rewards programs.
- Utilize online channels including email ATM messaging company website and the mobile app.
- Partner with CXO and broader marketing teams to contribute to digital plans and align with overall strategy.
- Participate in creative reviews to ensure campaigns meet customer experience measurement and channel-fit standards.
- Manage approvals with Legal and Brand teams.
- Conduct Quality Assurance testing of assets across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance analyze results and recommend optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (oral and written).
- 2 years of marketing campaign management or project management experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization skills and relationship management abilities.
- Familiarity with corporate standards processes and approval workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with digital QA testing and validation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level).
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Use of computers and technology.
