Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM or 10 AM-7 PM EST

Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support a growing skincare brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and wellness understands current skincare trends and is eager to contribute to brand storytelling campaign execution product launches and day-to-day marketing operations.
This position is based in New York with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Support

Assist in planning coordination and execution of integrated digital social and retail marketing campaigns.

Support new product launches including concept development copywriting product positioning packaging coordination retailer submission decks competitive research and go-to-market planning.
Retail & Event Support

Collaborate with sales and retail teams on in-store and online promotions aligned with brand strategy.

Coordinate PR events sampling activations and pop-up experiences including logistics timelines and vendor communications.
Analytics & Reporting

Track SKU and campaign performance.

Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.

Create weekly 360 marketing decks (sales review launch performance tracking).

Support demand planning for new products and assist with brand and channel inventory management.
Market Research & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Conduct trend and competitive analysis to inform innovation and campaign strategies.

Partner closely with cross-functional teamssuch as R&D Supply Chain and Salesto ensure cohesive storytelling product innovation and execution.

Support initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness sales profitability and stock levels.
Requirements
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.

3-5 years of marketing experience preferably in skincare beauty or CPG.

Experience collaborating with major retailers (e.g. beauty specialty channels such as Sephora or Ulta).

Strong communication organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Canva or Google Analytics is a plus.

Passion for skincare with an understanding of beauty trends and consumer behavior.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to support data-driven decision-making.

Experience collaborating with R&D Supply Chain and Sales to deliver innovative product storytelling and execution.
