Position Overview
We are seeking an Asian Market Sales Representative to support sales growth across Korean and broader Asian retail channels in the U.S. This role is responsible for managing key accounts tracking sales performance coordinating with internal teams and executing sales/marketing initiatives to increase product placement and channel performance.
Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented analytical and proactive in customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Account Management
- Manage and support existing accounts including Asian grocery chains distributors and retail partners.
- Process and track sales orders shipment schedules and requisitions to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with customers regarding shipment status and discrepancies.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Handle customer invoicing shipment scheduling and AR aging to ensure timely payments.
- Review and reconcile deductions promotional claims and trade spending.
- Support pricing calculations margin analysis and contract review.
- Organize and maintain documents (contracts invoices promotional agreements).
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activity and new business opportunities.
- Support sales strategy development to expand product placements and improve channel performance.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals for buyer meetings.
- Execute promotional programs and merchandising initiatives at HQ and store levels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with logistics marketing and finance teams to streamline operations.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence and share insights with management.
- Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- 03 years of experience in sales account management purchasing or supply chain (Food/Beverage industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of supply chain and operational processes
- Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for business (including overnight trips)
- Valid drivers license
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
