Job Summary
Role: Childrens Residential Support Worker
Contract: Permanent Full Time
Salary: 29919 - 32312 (this includes sleep in allowance)
Location: Keswick

Your Day-to-Day

Youll work within a close-knit team of 6 with amazing support from Managers Multi-Disciplinary teams and Outdoor expertsall dedicated to helping children find their path to brighter futures.

- Experience with Children: Maybe its in care education or another settingyou bring your passion and energy to the table.
- Enthusiasm & Resilience: Youre eager to make a difference and handle challenges with positivity.
- Qualifications: Happy to work towards (or already hold) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce.
