We are looking for a creative and professionally curious Social Worker to join ourThrough Care team based in Eastbourne and across East Sussex.
The team works withyoung people aged 14 -25 who are care experienced or care leavers.
The role involves building relationships with the young people to support themand promote their development identity and wellbeing whilst working collaboratively with their carers and the professional network to progress individual Care Plans and Pathway Plans.
