Description

This role is responsible for leading a diverse organization with a strong focus on growth and works in close partnership with the VP Measure and Analyze Europe the VP Flow Europe and the Measurement Solutions Country Leaders. The focus is on delivering growth initiatives and value creation across greenfield opportunities complex project pursuits and the European industry team. As a critical member of the Measurement Solutions Europe team the Director plays a key role in strategic planning industry growth and diversification and cross functional collaboration.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead and develop the Measurement Solutions project pursuit strategies that align with the organization strategic imperatives;
  • Lead a team of sales business development and industry marketing leaders;
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing Operations Project Pursuit and Industry teams to deliver on growth initiatives;
  • Partner with finance operations and customer care team to support orders performance;

Project Pursuit Leadership and Growth Focus

  • Improve Measurement Solutions content in greenfield and complex project pursuits;
  • Oversee Europe funnel identification and ensure alignment with POR expectations;
  • Drive winning strategies for project pursuits including product positioning pricing and upselling strategies to secure greenfield projects;
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and anticipate competitor strategies;

Industry and OEM Segments Leadership

  • Lead Europe Industry leaders on core segments including Chemical Refining and Oil & Gas;
  • Identify emerging or additional industry segments to create new growth opportunities for Measurement Solutions Europe;
  • Guide the Industry team in conducting market analysis and developing strategies to maximize product fit and application differentiation;
  • Define and implement value creation strategies to drive differentiated growth in industry segments through the European sales channel;
  • Oversee sales campaigns for targeted industries and collaborate with Sales & Marketing Operations for effective deployment;
  • Own Industry orders and data accuracy to support industry-focused growth exhibits.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field;
  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in a sales leadership role within similar industries;
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Ability to lead and empower a diverse team;

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • A Masters degree is preferred;
  • Comfortable with change and able to succeed in contexts of uncertainty.
