Job title: Senior Innovation Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Innovation Realization Project Manager with a proven track record in leading and delivering complex multidisciplinary projects within the healthcare (technology) domain. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker one who is adept at navigating the intricacies of both Philips and the healthcare industry and possesses a strong background in driving innovation from its nascency to market introduction for medical devices or its corresponding applications. Proven AI skills is a required in the domain of project management and/or the technical domain.
Your role:
- Demonstrate consistent leadership and decision-making in complex projects. Be an advocate for Philip internally and externally. Actively create support for company strategy and support management in creating support for company decisions. Think and act beyond your personal involvemen and drive support from the wider team(s).
- Show tangible results and stakeholder recognition that match CG80 to your project also actively participate in team meetings to improve culture and competence of the peer group team.
- Maintain high performance and document achievements with strategic impact. Actively look for opportunities to have more impact. Do look beyond a single project in a single business.
- Complete Expert-level certification and demonstrate advanced PM skills

Youre the right fit if you have:
- Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience with a focus on innovation realization in the healthcare sector.
- Proven success in leading complex projects from initiation to market introduction with multi-site teams
- Proven track record in utilizing AI tools in project/program management and/or managing projects with a significant AI content.
- Proven success in working with partners in development supply chain industrialization regulatory
- Extensive experience in executing Product Development Launch & Maintenance Modify Launched Design projects.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations compliance and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable and experienced with bringing nuanced information to senior stakeholders & steering committees
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
