Were looking for a Sales Director to own and grow our presence in theBenelux region focusing on mid-market and enterprise hospitality groups.

As a key member of our sales team you will have the opportunity to use your skills while also contributing beyond your own role creating opportunities for your own professional growth.

Key activities include:

  • Full Sales Cycle: Prospect pitch and close deals across the BeNeLux region.
  • Strategic Selling: Shape and execute sales strategies that hit and exceed targets.
  • Tailored Proposals: Build solutions that align Bookboosts capabilities with each hotels goals.
  • Pipeline Discipline: Own your forecast CRM hygiene and reporting with precision.
  • Enterprise Relationships: Connect with senior stakeholders navigate buying committees and win trust.
Your profile
  • 5 years in B2B SaaS: Ideally in CRM PMS POS ERP or similar platforms.
  • Hospitality experience:You understand hotel operations challenges and decision-making structures.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English:Native-level communication in both is a must.
  • CRM & sales tech fluency:You know your way around modern sales stacks.
  • Methodology-driven: Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar frameworks is a plus.
  • Relentless drive: Youre a self-starter who thrives on autonomy clarity and impact.
