What youll achieve
As the Sales Specialist you will manage the continued growth of our software and services across the hospital and healthcare market across Belgium and Netherlands. You will be part of a successful sales team making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Be an ambitious and results-driven New Business Sales Developer eager to expand Dedalus footprint in Belgium & the Netherlands.
Be able to identify and secure new business opportunities within the Hospital and Healthcare Technology markets.
Have a hunter mentality exceptional networking skills and a great ability to close deals in a competitive market

Essential Requirements
Experience in B2B sales preferably in healthcare technology
Proven track record of success in new business development and achieving sales targets
Selling complex technology solutions to the Hospital Marketplace
Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to navigate complex sales processes and interact with senior stakeholders
Passionate about pursuing new opportunities and closing deals
Driven to achieve results independently and take ownership of tasks
Thrives in a competitive environment with a focus on solutions
Works effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver client success
Desirable Requirements
A degree in business healthcare or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with the Hospital or Healthcare environment technology and critical care would be a distinct advantage
Fluent in English and Flemish
