Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing one of the residential properties managed by the Corporation
- Monitor supervise and motivate property management staff and service contractors including security guards clubhouse staff and cleaners and enforce the House Rules and the Deeds of Mutual Covenant
- Handle enquiries and complaints from residents prepare annual budgetsorganise and attend meetings of the Owners Committees
Requirements
- Degree in a related discipline or a membership of a recognised professional qualification with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience; OR
- Higher Diploma with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
- Posssession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with residents the Owners Committees and the public
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as hands-on experience in various software applications
- Experience in managing high-end and large residential complex is an advantage
