If that sounds like you youll love this role. Were Quarter - an independent hospitality group based in the heart of Clifton Bristol - home to Clifton Hotels Berkeley Suites Clifton Short Lets and Host360 - and were looking for a Marketing and Content Executive to join our team. We also run restaurants however in this role youll be focused on our hotels and property management brands.
Youll be hands-on and creative bouncing between our hotels and our beautiful Airbnb properties capturing content designing campaigns and crafting stories that bring our brands to life. Therell be plenty of office time in this role but youll also be proactive in getting out around our group and making things happen.

- Hours:40 hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Salary Package:27480 package comprising a basic salary of 25480 plus2000in bonuses
- Start Date:ASAP (we can of course work around notice periods!)
- Hybrid working:during training youll be full time in the office. Once trained youll move to a hybrid pattern with up to 2 days WFH each week
Why Youll Love This Role
No two days are the same. One morning youll be filming behind-the-scenes moments at one of our boutique hotels the next youll be designing an email campaign brainstorming seasonal offers crafting engaging blogs and e-newsletters or editing Insta Stories that make people hit book now.
Youll work closely with our Senior Design & Marketing Manager Web Analyst and Sales Team to create marketing content that boosts our brand drives engagement and gets results - all while having plenty of creative freedom.
What Youll Be Doing
- Overseeing our online presence including our own websites (Clifton Hotels Berkeley SuitesHost360 and Clifton Short Lets) third party listing sites social media and email marketing to ensure it is up to date in line with brand guidelines and delivering on KPIs
- Capturing photo and video content at our hotels and accommodation offerings each week
- Creating Reels and Stories with clear and engaging call to actions
- Writing punchy captions engaging blogs and email campaigns that convert
- Monitoring and responding to all engagement DMs and comments across all social platforms
- Designing simple on-brand visuals using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Scheduling and managing content for Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn (via Semrush)
- Running and optimising social media ads reporting on performance and refining audiences
- Tracking and analysing performance of your social and email content using insight tools from Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and Brevo
- Collaborating with our hotel managers assistant managers and housekeeping crews to plan great content and to implement offers and partnerships across the brands under your care
- Collaborating with the sales team to implement offers and partnerships across the business
Helping deliver seasonal campaigns partnerships and promotions - Managing printed marketing materials across our hotels

Skills & Experience:
- Experience creating photo video content for social media platforms
- Confident editing Reels and Stories that drive engagement
- Strong writing skills - you know how to write for blogs socials and email
- Experience with email marketing campaigns tailored to audience behaviour
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills (or eagerness to learn!)
- A good grasp of spelling grammar and tone of voice with impeccable attention to detail
- A portfolio showing examples of your work - photography video or written content
- A genuine love for hospitality hotels and the property industry
