Job Description
The Project Manager within Adobe Consulting is working directly with our customers and system integration partners to initiate and lead their digital marketing and transformation projects using the Adobe Experience Cloud.
Working at multiple levels with the customer you will evaluate the proposed solution assess risks confirm requirements manage scope and work on resource requirements to build the delivery plan. You will coordinate and lead all aspects of delivery from project initiation through planning implementation and testing to closing.
What youll do
Lead distributed teamsparticularly web development teams based in the overseasin the successful delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud projects.
Drive project prioritisation by identifying collecting and analysing requirements defining key business drivers and translating them into effective innovative web-based solutions.
Collaborate closely with developers designers and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Guide customers through their digital transformation journey by offering mentorship sharing industry best practices and articulating the value of Adobe Marketing Cloud.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and project execution frameworks
What youll need to success
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with offshore development teams particularly in India.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on risk management and prioritisation.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal written and presentation) including fluency in Japanese for executive-level engagement.
Hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies in web project delivery.
While a technical background is not required a solid understanding of web development processes
