Sr Manager, Network and Security

Job Purpose:

TD SYNNEX株式会社のアドバンスドソリューション部門の一員としてネットワーク並びにセキュリティの商材を仕入れ販売するプロダクトマネージャをリードしていくポジションです
ネットワーク並びにセキュリティのベンダー商材の売り上げ利益を最大化するためにベンダーと相互に合意した短期的長期的な収益目標をベンダーからのサポートを受け達成します
また業界トレンドに合った自社の強みを活かさせるベンダーの採用をすすめ領域を広げます
そのために部門メンバーの成長を社内の協力やベンダーとの連携を強固にして支援します

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Directions:

このポジションではTD SYNNEX株式会社のネットワーク並びにセキュリティエリアの戦略を担当しベンダーとの交渉窓口となって戦略の実現課題問題の解決にあたります
ベンダーごとの戦略を設定して実行します
既存並びに新規のすべてのベンダーの損益管理の責任を持ちます
新規ベンダーをオンボードし戦略を立てて収益化まで管理します
ビジネスユニットリーダーの協力を得てベンダーのエグゼクティブと連携してパートナー開拓拡大をオーナシップをもって行いますまた拡販プログラムの開発実行並びにそれを支えるマーケティングプログラムイベントを開発します ベンダーおよびビジネス パートナーとの共同イニシアチブの作成
職務遂行においては主要なベンダーごとのビジネスプランを作成しその進捗をQBR(quarterly business review)にて確認し ベンダーおよびビジネス パートナーとの共同イニシアチブ の実現のためのエンゲージメントを管理し 合意されたベンダーの収益目標達成を目指します
実現のために 販売プロセス提案パイプライン管理パートナーとの関わりに関する知識を維持し部員を適切に指導します
新規パートナーの獲得パートナーと協力して販売能力を開発するイネーブルメントをビジネスデベロップメント部隊エンジニア部隊と連携して実行します
上記イネーブルメントにはパートナーとともにエンドユーザーの顧客への直接訪問なども含みます
チームに対して行動を通じて適切な管理実行例をしめしTD SYNNEX のビジネスとベンダーのビジネスを推進するために部員が自律的にビジネス開発推進するよう導きます

管理職として管下のメンバーのマネジメント業務をお任せします

Knowledge Skills and Experience

6年以上のITディストリビューター又はリセラーでのアカウントマネージャーなどの営業経験

戦略的な計画を上流から下流までご自身で行い一定以上の定量的な成果を出した経験

複数年の管理職の経験があれば尚可
