Job Summary
Job Purpose:
テクニカルサポートSE部のマネージャーのとしてテクニカルサポートエンジニアメンバーとプリセールスメンバーで構成されるチームをピープルマネージャーとして率いて貰います
Responsibilities:
Broadcom Business部門全体目標の達成にむけエンジニアリングサービスの提供を担当します
マネージャーは部門長とプロダクトマネージメントと営業のマネージャーと緊密に連携して戦略を立てる必要があります
ハードウェアソフトウェアのテクニカルサポートとサービスを含むソリューション事業
マネージャーは部門の販売するすべての製品のテクニカルサポートとプリセールス活動を計画調整監督します
マネージャーは実証済みのコミュニケーションスキル問題解決スキル業界のベストプラクティスに関する知識によりソリューションイニシアチブとプログラムを通じてチームを導きます
マネージャーはエンジニアのキャリアパスを考慮しながら指導しテクニカルサポートチームプリセールスチームを育成し継続的なコーチングとメンタリングを提供してパフォーマンスを最大化します
ビジネスユニットをサポートするためチームメンバー全体にわたる役割と責任の定義
リソース計画を準備しエンジニアリソースを割り当てる
チームのパフォーマンス全体に対する責任
SMART 目標と優先順位を使用してチームの個々のパフォーマンスを測定
経営陣への内部コミュニケーションのチャネルとして機能
テクニカルサポートに対する評価メトリクスの達成
テクニカルサポートデータを分析しサポートするためにサービス提供能力の強化に焦点を当てたデータを解析
月/四半期ごとのテクニカルサポートにおけるビジネスレビューの実施と改善計画の立案
ソリューションイニシアチブの立案とその説明責任
ソリューションイニシアチブに関連する承認の取得追跡更新報告
ステークホルダーとの強固な関係を構築し主要な利害関係者や社内のサプライヤーが関与する対象分野の専門家との直接的な関係を構築および管理
パートナーエコシステムの構築
データを分析しソリューションイニシアチブをサポートするためにサービス提供能力の強化に焦点を当てたデータを解析
主にソリューションとサービスに対する顧客の要件を特定し解析
ソリューションのビジネスパイプライン四半期ごとのビジネスレビュー予測計画サービスケイデンスの推進を担当
新しいパートナーのオンボーディング要件を整理しソリューションに関するRFPに対応
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
ベンダー/SIerでのプリセールスセールスエンジニアとしての経験７年以上程度
英語によるビジネスコミュニケーション
