Job Summary
Facility & Handyman Services Assistant (m/f/d)
Cortado Holding AG is looking for a reliable and hands-on Facility & Office Services Assistant (m/f/d) to keep our Berlin office in excellent shape and ensure smooth daily this role you will not only coordinate external services but also actively take care of small repairs maintenance and improvements yourself. You combine classic caretaker duties with office support tasks making you an essential part of our team and a key contact for colleagues visitors and service providers.
Your responsibilities include
Performing minor repairs (e.g. furniture locks fixtures) and cosmetic improvements independently
Assembling and maintaining office furniture kitchen appliances coffee machines and floor-cleaning robots
Regularly inspecting the building and proactively fixing small issues before they become problems
Supporting events with setup dismantling and on-site assistance
Organizing incoming and outgoing mail parcels and hardware returns
Managing beverage and office supplies including restocking and ordering
Coordinating external service providers when needed and supervising their work
Caring for indoor and outdoor plants and keeping storage areas organized
What you bring
Proven hands-on experience in a caretaker facility or handyman role
Practical skills in minor electrical plumbing and assembly tasks
Basic IT knowledge (e.g. Wi-Fi setup small technical tasks)
A structured and solution-oriented way of working
Reliability independence and service-minded communication
Good command of English; German is a plus
