Job Description
Industry-leading heavy equipment dealer is looking for a detail-oriented person for our Placentia office. Large family-owned company doing business in multiple states. Computer literate and knowledgeable in the work order process booking and closing. Prefer experience in CDK system but not mandatory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor work in process daily
2. Close signed-off work orders daily
3. Review and correct technician notes as needed to make them presentable for invoicing
4. Close warranty work orders to maximize manufacturer coverage
5. Input work order information as required
