Our client is a well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm in Phoenix. Known for their integrity compassion and client advocacy the firm is seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping injured clients. This role involves managing a personal injury caseload through all stages of pre-litigation and litigation from client intake to resolution
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters in pre-litigation and litigation
- Conduct client consultations depositions mediations and settlement negotiations
- Draft and respond to motions pleadings and discovery
- Represent clients in hearings arbitrations and trials
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress
- Collaborate with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure timely case resolution
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Arizona law license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years experience in plaintiff personal injury law
- Strong litigation and courtroom skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing a full caseload
