Job Description
Hooks Meng & Clement (HMC) is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our growing Carson City office specializing in Industrial Litigation representing a diverse clientele including employers insurers and third-party administrators.

- Draft legal documents and correspondence as well as conduct thorough legal research.

- Use of the electronic billing system (Clio) and case management system Filevine.
- Strategize and plan meticulously with and for clients ensuring attention to detail in all cases.
- Be able to meet and exceed the monthly billing requirements.
- Daily use of our electronic case management system (Filevine) to keep files updated and organized.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships not just representation.
- State Bar of Nevada member in good standing.
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable flexible and dependable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment on multiple cases and with multiple deadlines.
- This is an in-office position so you must be based in the Northern Nevada Area.
- Ability to bring A-Game Daily!
