Our client is a well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm in Phoenix known for their integrity compassion and client advocacy. They are seeking a skilled Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. This is a confidential search being managed through our firm.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping injured clients. This role involves managing a personal injury caseload through all stages of pre-litigation and litigation from client intake to resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters in pre-litigation and litigation

Conduct client consultations depositions mediations and settlement negotiations

Draft and respond to motions pleadings and discovery

Represent clients in hearings arbitrations and trials
-
Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress

Collaborate with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure timely case resolution
Qualifications
-
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
-
Active Arizona law license in good standing

Minimum of 3 years experience in plaintiff personal injury law

Strong litigation and courtroom skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently while managing a full caseload
