What Youll Do

As a Post-Clerkship Attorney you will:

• Contribute to complex litigation matters from day one including high-stakes trials appellate proceedings and class action defense.

• Draft and review motions briefs and pleadings that demand precision and persuasive legal writing.

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in case strategy development trial preparation and appeals work.

• Handle client interactions with professionalism discretion and strong attention to detail.

• Engage in pro bono work (up to 50 hours counted toward billable requirements) while gaining broad exposure to diverse matters.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who bring:

• Judicial clerkship experience (state or federal).

• Excellent academic credentials from a respected law school (required).

• Exceptional legal writing research and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative and client-focused practice environment.

Compensation & Billable Expectations

• Salary aligned to year of law school graduation and market location.

• Billable expectation: 1950 hours annually (including 50 pro bono hours).

• Additional 200 productive hours required (client development firm activities training).

• Bonus opportunities:

  • 2050 hours 5% of base salary

  • 2150 hours 10% of base salary

Interview Process

• Round 1: Conversation with a practice group leader.

• Round 2: In-person interview (1.5 2 hours) with firm leadership and team members.
