This isnt a back-office role in a tower. This is boots on the ground high-visibility finance leadership at one of the most dynamic gold and amp; silver operations in North America. Youll have the autonomy scope and resources to make an immediate impact and a clear runway to senior leadership.

What Youll Own from Day One
- Total financial leadership at site: full month-end close under IFRS forecasting budgeting analysis and Board-level reporting.
- ERP Implementation: Drive a brand-new ERP and forecasting system rollout - youll be the change agent.
- Complex accounting ownership: WIP inventory models and mine-specific technical accounting - the kind of work that makes you stand out from every other finance leader in the industry.
- Team leadership: Direct oversight of a Controller Warehouse Foreman IT department and a team of 3-4 accountants. Youll mentor elevate and transform this group into a high-performing unit.
- Cross-functional impact: From procurement and warehousing to IT reliability youll shape how the mine operates every single day.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 23 months youll be independently running the full site close without Mine Site Manager review. Within the year youll have implemented ERP/forecasting tools and taken full ownership of complex accounting other words - youll be the finance backbone of the mine.
What You Bring
- CPA designation (Canada or U.S.) and 10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
- Mining or heavy industrial background preferred - you understand the pace and complexity of operations.
- IFRS experience (U.S. GAAP helpful but not required).
- Hands-on ERP/financial systems experience.
- Leadership - you know how to inspire coach and get the best out of your team.
