Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record of 5 years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can drive sales manage a high-performing team and contribute to the companys growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead mentor and manage a team of sales professionals providing regular coaching training and performance feedback to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends new business opportunities and competitive threats in the Bangalore real estate market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and successful deal closure.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) track team performance and prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing legal and finance departments to align sales initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and practices are in full compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve collective success.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Bangalore including trends pricing and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
