Sales Manager Club Pilates Indian Trail
Location: Indian Trail NC
Compensation: $23000 base salary commission and bonus opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time Weekend availability required

Located in the heart of Indian Trail our studio is more than just a place to work outits a community. Members come here to challenge themselves connect with others and feel their best. As we continue to grow we are looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to help lead sales support operations and build meaningful connections with members in Indian Trail and nearby Monroe.
About the Role
The Assistant Sales Manager is a sales-focused role that drives membership growth and supports the Studio Manager with daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated by performance-based pay enjoys engaging with the community and thrives in a fast-paced member-first environment.
Responsibilities

Drive new membership sales and renewals through outbound calls lead follow-up and studio tours.

Confidently handle objections and close sales to meet monthly goals.

Participate in grassroots marketing and community events to generate leads and promote the studio.

Deliver a professional welcoming experience to every member and guest.

Assist with studio operations including scheduling reporting and front desk support.

Support and motivate team members to maintain a high-energy positive culture.

Help ensure the studio remains clean organized and inviting.
Qualifications

Proven sales experience ideally in fitness wellness or membership-based businesses.

Motivated by commission and bonuses with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable organized and able to multi-task in a busy studio setting.

Passionate about health fitness and Pilates.

Full-time availability including weekends.

Must be able to commute reliably to Indian Trail/Monroe NC.

Comfortable completing a background check as part of the hiring process.
