Sales Manager Club Pilates Montgomery
Location: 8143 Vaughn Rd Montgomery AL 36116
Compensation: $25000 base salary commission opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time One weekend day per week required

Club Pilates is the largest Reformer-based Pilates brand in the world with over 800 studios worldwide. We provide safe effective and inclusive Pilates classes for all fitness levels making Pilates accessible to everyone. Our Montgomery studio is growing quickly and we are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead membership sales support operations and engage the community.
Job Overview
The Sales Manager plays a key role in the success of the studio with a strong focus on membership sales community outreach and customer service. This role is ideal for someone motivated by commission excited about fitness and wellness and eager to lead sales efforts in a dynamic studio environment.
Responsibilities

Drive new membership sales and renewals through studio tours phone outreach and follow-up.

Overcome objections and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

Generate leads through grassroots marketing and local community events.

Deliver a welcoming professional and high-energy experience for all guests and members.

Support the Studio Manager with scheduling reporting and day-to-day studio operations.

Maintain a clean organized and inviting studio environment.

Foster a positive studio culture that supports member retention and staff performance.
Qualifications

Proven sales experience; fitness wellness or membership-based sales strongly preferred.

Confident closer with strong objection-handling skills.

Motivated by commission and performance-based earnings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for health fitness and Pilates.

Full-time availability including one weekend day per week.

Must be able to reliably commute to Montgomery AL.

Comfortable completing a background check prior to employment.
