SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant Job Description
(Experience with SF Time Off module would be good to have)

Location: Gurgaon Pune and Bengaluru. Also it will be a hybrid model so make sure candidates are aware of this.

This role uses strong consulting skills business knowledge and expertise in configuring SF Employee Central module. Working knowledge in SuccessFactors Time Off module would be good to have.
Consultant should possess a strong acumen to understand and efficiently deliver the business requirements related to SF Employee Central module.

Skills and Knowledge

We are looking for an individual with about 2 to 4 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central solution is preferrable

Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee central module - Custom objects Role based permissions (RBP) Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports). Must have worked on MDF Foundation objects Associations Business rules workflows etc.

Should possess good working knowledge on SF Employee Central and Time Off modules.

Should have an extensive understanding of the Employee Life Cycle and Time Off processes for Global organizations. And should be able to conceptualize business requirements and perform gap analysis between business requirements and standard SF features.

Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create solution designs in SuccessFactors Employee Central module in compliance with HCM Best Practices.

Should have excellent communication & presentation skills and must be a team player.

Candidate would be a part of an in-house support and development team that would not only deliver business requirements but also help stakeholders visualize and adopt the HCM best practices.

Flexible Work Schedule

Preferred

Bachelors degree strongly preferred

  • One to Two Full Life-cycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module: Experience of all Project phases
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Excel Visio etc. would certainly be beneficial
