Our client, a growing international business, is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Management Accountant to join their finance team.
This is a key role responsible for delivering accurate management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting the Finance Director and Group Financial Controller with analysis, forecasting, and process improvements. You will also play a hands-on part in preparing for year-end and audit, while helping to strengthen financial controls across the group.

Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts with supporting analysis.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate and robust.
Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Support the Finance Director and Group FC with consolidated reporting.
Work closely with the AP/AR teams to ensure smooth month-end close.
Reconcile and maintain the lease schedule and other fixed asset records.
Support year-end audit preparation and statutory compliance.
Identify and drive process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
Previous experience in management accounts preparation.
Strong Excel skills with confidence handling large data sets.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communicator, able to work effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Organised, proactive, and able to work to tight deadlines.
