1. Learning Strategy & Program Development
lDesign and implement scalable outcome-driven learning strategies aligned with business goals.
lLead the end-to-end process of TNA (Training Needs Analysis) content development delivery and impact measurement.
lDevelop functional behavioral and leadership training programs for corporate retail call center and distribution center teams.
lDrive and oversee Group-level training initiatives across all locations ensuring consistency scalability and alignment of learning interventions with business priorities.
2. Leadership & Talent Development
lDesign and deliver programs for high-potential talent and succession planning.
lImplement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and execute Assessment & Development Centers.
lBuild internal coaching capability and foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
3. Digital Learning & LMS Management
lOversee the management and enhancement of LMS platforms
lDrive adoption of digital learning and curate content aligned to evolving workforce needs.
lLead cost-effective decentralization of training initiatives through tech-based learning strategies.
4. Organizational Development & Change Management
lSpearhead strategic OD projects including on-boardingtransformation talent mobility and leadership pipelines.
lDesign interventions for improving engagement retention and internal capability building.
lDrive culture change and manage resistance through structured change management frameworks.
5. Stakeholder & Team Management
lLead and mentor a large geographically dispersed team of trainers and L&D professionals.
lCollaborate with business heads HRBPs and department leads to align L&D initiatives with enterprise needs.
lManage L&D budgets vendors and external partners for high-impact execution.
lEducation: PGDBM / MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
lCertifications(Preferred): Train the Trainer Competency Mapping Talent Assessment DISC POSH Virtual Training Mastery.
lExperience: 1520years of progressive L&D experience; at least 34 years in a leadership L&D/OD role with team management.
lIndustry Exposure: Retail Pharma Manufacturing FMCG Consulting preferred.
