Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end RCM operations ensuring optimum resource utilization and maximum
customer satisfaction.
Continuous team building initiatives include focusing on quality of hiring training and
development motivation rewards and recognition thereby creating and maintaining a high-
performance team.
Create a structure of regular and optimum assignment of responsibilities and tasks regular
review of progress provide constructive feedback and ensure that the team is aligned with
the team and process objectives.
Establish clear performance targets for the team review progress against these targets and
implement adjustments as needed to ensure the team meets or exceeds defined objectives.
Define and communicate Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team members aligning individual and
team goals with broader organizational objectives.
Conduct daily stand-up meetings to facilitate communication address challenges stay
updated and keep the team informed about ongoing activities and goals.
Undertake continuous Root Cause Analysis for all client accounts to identify and rectify gaps
in billing practices. Identifying and fixing bottlenecks. Use automation wherever required.
Optimize and oversee inventory allocation to RCM resources ensuring efficient utilization of
resources minimizing bottlenecks and maintaining an organized workflow to enhance the
overall effectiveness of the process.
Oversee eligibility verification processes with a focus on meeting the Turnaround Time
(TAT) ensuring timely and accurate verification of patient eligibility.
Monitor and manage the Attention Office queue and metrics ensuring a proactive
approach to addressing and resolving any issues or challenges.
Evaluate the Accounts Receivable (AR) process suggest and implement changes and enhance
the Return on Investment (ROI) of implemented strategies. Maintain overall account health
in terms of AR days and SLAs.
Devise and implement incentive plans to encourage and recognize team members for their
contributions.
Lead training and development initiatives for the revenue cycle management team ensuring
continuous skill enhancement and proficiency in daily operations.
Lead and streamline the client onboarding process along with the team and provide support
to clients to guarantee a positive and efficient experience with revenue cycle management
services.
Regularly deliver comprehensive MIS reports to clients fostering transparency and
facilitating informed decision-making.
Conduct thorough quality analysis of the process identify areas of improvement implement
corrective measures and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency are
maintained.
Generate process automation ideas implement and oversee automated solutions to enhance
revenue cycle efficiency reducing manual errors and accelerating the speed of delivery.
Continually monitor and improve overall SLAs (Cash collection Production Quality TAT).
Resolve complex RCM issues and client escalations.
Demonstrate effective client handling skills by liaising with internal and external
stakeholders addressing and fixing concerns and ensuring a culture of trust.
Engage in regular discussions with senior management to provide updates on revenue cycle
management initiatives share insights seek guidance and collaboratively strategize for
continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with the sales team when required for customer acquisition and retention.
Achieve high level project P&L requirements with strict adherence to a gross margin range.
Requirements and Qualifications:
15 years in US healthcare RCM with 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Experience in handling large teams.
Proficient in core US healthcare revenue cycle functions.
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects.
Results-oriented and ownership-driven.
Tech savvy pro-automation and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Analytical mindset.
Time management and deadline adherence.
Negotiation skills and relationship development.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
