To plan design implement and monitor all training and development initiatives for faculty staff and students ensuring alignment with the universitys vision for academic excellence professional development and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Development
Develop and execute annual training and development strategy for all departments and institutes.
Identify institutional skill gaps and design programs to enhance teaching administrative and leadership competencies.
Collaborate with senior management to align training goals with university objectives.
Training Implementation
Plan and conduct Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) Staff Development Programs (SDPs) Student Grooming & Employability Programs and Leadership Workshops.
Coordinate with internal and external trainers subject experts and industry partners.
Prepare annual training calendars and ensure regular execution and reporting.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Develop evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
Maintain training records feedback reports and performance improvement data.
Prepare quarterly and annual training analysis reports for management review.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with all Institutes/Departments to assess training needs.
Coordinate with Placement IQAC and HR departments for integrated professional development initiatives.
Ensure communication attendance and compliance related to training programs.
E. Innovation & Quality Improvement
Introduce digital learning platforms AI-driven training modules and e-learning initiatives.
Stay updated with current educational and corporate training trends to enhance program quality.
Develop mentorship induction and continuous learning frameworks across the University.
Experience
Relevant experience in corporate/university training and development at least 3 years should be in a leadership role.
