We are now looking for aContract Managerto join our team inRotterdam Netherlands supporting sales and project execution within theBusiness Unit Grid Integration. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both from our Rotterdam office and remotely.

With an analytical practical and independent mindset youll play a key role in contract preparation administration and execution. Youll collaborate closely with departments such asSales Procurement and Project Execution and be a trusted partner in driving performance and results.

How youll make an impact

  • Support the sales team during tenders with contract reviews and risk assessments

  • Develop contract strategies aligned with company policies and project goals

  • Advise and assist project teams in executing contracts and safeguarding rights

  • Draft and review subcontractor agreements to ensure alignment with main contracts

  • Identify and manage claims prepare related documentation and define strategies

  • Lead negotiations and settlements with project management

  • Uphold Hitachi Energys values of safety and integrity

Your background

  • Completed education in law or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in contract law.

  • Extensive experience in contract management within energy projects or similar industrial installations.

  • Proficient in English and fluent in Dutch
