Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.

Lead retail distribution expansion across assigned locations.

Oversee sales operations productivity profitability and compliance with national sales objectives.

Manage mentor and motivate large multi-tiered sales teams across regions.

Build strong business relationships with HNWIs SMEs corporate clients and institutional partners.

Implement performance management systems sales incentives and succession planning.
-
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend proactive business strategies.

Partner with senior leadership on marketing product and channel initiatives to enhance business growth.

Represent the region in strategy meetings performance reviews and cross-functional forums.
Required Qualifications

Masters degree from a recognized institution.

12 -15 years of progressive experience in retail sales/business development including 6-8 years in senior leadership within:

Insurance / Takaful

Proven track record in achieving revenue targets business expansion and large-scale team leadership.
