Interview Process & Experience Level: The selection process includes three rounds: a hiring manager experiences check an SQL test and a case study presentation using a provided dataset. Candidates should have at least four years in data analytics.
Preferred Background & Tools: Experience with SaaS companies is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Power BI/Tableau skills are good to have but not essential as dashboards can initially be built in Excel.
Day-to-Day Activities: The role involves weekly monthly and quarterly reporting dashboard development (especially in the first few months) CRM data quality improvement projects validation exercises funnel conversion and market opportunity analysis.

The role of Sales Operations Associate offers a hybrid work option enabling individuals to choose between working remotely or commuting to a company office depending on their preferences and team requirements. The company is currently following work from the office for 3 days in a week (Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday).
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support reporting dashboarding data enhancement and whitespace growth efforts within the India Sales Strategy and operations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend operational execution with strategic insight enabling data-driven decision-making and scalable growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Dashboarding.
Manage recurring and ad hoc reporting using Excel and other tools.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights trends and optimization opportunities.
Design build and manage interactive dashboards (Tableau/ Power BI) to enhance visibility and decision-making for internal stakeholders.
2. Operational Support
Provide operational support to the team in terms of account mapping territory allocation audits data checks & maintenance and other internal planning process.
3. CRM Data Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and clean CRM data.
Enhance data accuracy through third-party mapping and validation exercises (e.g. employee size mapping).
4. Strategic & Whitespace Analysis
Perform whitespace and funnel conversion analysis to identify market opportunities.
Support segment-level territory-level and industry-level insights to guide expansion efforts.
Address ad hoc analytical requests that inform acquisition and growth strategies.
Basic Skills:
4 years of experience in Data analytics and experience working with large sets of data & tools including Excel & SQL .
Preferred Skills:
Experience in working with Tableau/Power BI SQL and/or Presto Anaplan.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and data quality principles.
Advanced knowledge of Excel & SQL- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
Process Improvement experience & mindset.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Has an enthusiastic roll up your sleeves mentality (The role is a good mix of strategy & operations)
Experience working on operations heavy workstreams like territory management account allocation.
