Who you are:

You are a strong communicator interested in interacting daily with B2B market participants (family offices banks etc) and providing structured investment solutions across asset classes. You will be working with our Key Account Management teams participating in the Client Management processes.

Your tasks & responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact and build successful long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand the client business model and provide tailored structured solutions across asset classes (equities fixed income commodities private equity infrastructure projects real estate digital assets and more)
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients needs and objectives
  • Manage key accounts maintain a long-term relationship with clients and maximize sales opportunities within them
  • Focus on growing existing clients as well as new clients
  • Support the client with product requests and product issuance processes
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams in order to ensure highest client satisfaction and impeccable delivery of the tailored investment solutions
What you bring:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client focused role with proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality service working collaboratively with clients and internal business units
  • Good knowledge of structured products across different asset classes
  • Target oriented strong sense of ownership
  • Strong Relationship management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage several client accounts and product requests
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
