Job Description
Senior Quality Specialist will be working as part of the Group Quality team in CQI providing support to the project teams for all WtX / RG / PtX projects during execution for the implementation of the Pressure Equipment Directive (e.g. ASME plus PED/PER)
Main responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance: Understands interprets & provides expertise regarding norms standards and regulatory frameworks ensures adherence to PED ASME and other standards across projects
Project Support: Provides hands-on project support during all phases of execution through design procurement construction & commissioning
Documentation: Prepares and reviews ITPs CE/DoC and quality documents
Expert Advice: Supports PQMs and R&D with regulatory and quality expertise
Issue Management: Handles supplier deviations and supports troubleshooting
Qualifications :
- Senior Quality professional with a minimum of 10 years experience in either the engineering fabrication or erection of steam boilers and / or Water Steam Cycle (WSC).
- Experience in the manufacture and assembly of welded constructions
- Experience and expertise in the following standards is desirable:
- EN 12952 (Boiler) and ASME I V IX (Boiler) and ASME in combination with PED 2014/68/EU
- EN 13480 (Piping) and ASME B31.1 in combination with PED 2014/68/EU
- EN 13445 (pressure Vessel) PED 2014/68/EU (Pressure Equipment Directive)
- PED pressure system assemblies (Baugruppen)
- EN ISO 3834-2 Welding Quality Management System
- Fluency & a good working knowledge of English (additional languages especially German an advantage)
