Job Description

Type: Client Success & Ads Specialist
Type: Full-time Independent Contractor
Location: Remote
Work hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM US Eastern Time

About the Role

We re looking for a highly skilled Client Success & Ads Specialist who can confidently lead client relationships while managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns. This is a dual-scope role requiring a balance of client success management (communication reporting scope oversight) and ads execution (Google Meta Pinterest).

You ll be the trusted point of contact for clients - building strong relationships keeping projects within scope and ensuring clarity across the team while also driving measurable results through hands-on ad management. Success in this role means clients feel supported and confident campaigns are optimized for performance and reporting is accurate and timely.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Success

  • Lead monthly client calls (30 minutes) to review performance answer questions and gather feedback.

  • Send call follow-up summaries with next steps and highlights.

  • Build strong trust-based client relationships with proactive communication.

  • Ensure budgets and hours remain within scope agreements.

  • Review and send monthly reports summarizing insights and recommendations.

  • Provide regular internal updates on account health risks and opportunities.

Advertising Strategy & Execution

  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads and Pinterest Ads.

  • Set up campaigns monitor performance and make adjustments to meet client goals (ROAS CPA CTR etc.).

  • Stay up to date on ad platform changes and evolving best practices.

  • Collaborate with content specialists to create/refine ad creatives landing pages and assets.

  • Ensure campaigns run smoothly and budgets are spent as agreed.

  • Deliver actionable insights to improve client outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years in marketing with proven experience managing client relationships and ad campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of holistic marketing strategy and digital funnels.

  • Expertise in:

    • Google Ads

    • Google Analytics

    • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

    • Pinterest Ads

  • Skilled in marketing writing and reviewing creative assets.

  • Strong project management skills with ability to keep scopes on track.

  • Excellent communication relationship-building and presentation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data into client-friendly insights.
