Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate clinical services across multiple departments.
- Lead projects to improve patient pathways quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic planning and optimise capacity management.
- Drive adoption of digital solutions and lean processes for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets compliance and reporting in collaboration with finance and HR.
- Masters degree in healthcare management business administration or a medical field.
- At least 8 years of experience in hospital or large-scale healthcare operations.
- Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a systemic mindset.
- Analytical pragmatic and resilient in complex environments.
