Job Description
- Design and implement comprehensive drone training programs (theory and practical).
- Recruit train and manage a team of instructors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and aviation authority guidelines.
- Integrate latest drone technologies into training programs.
- Monitor performance evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee administrative operations including CRM and departmental targets.
- Bachelors degree in Aviation Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
- Certification as a drone pilot and/or instructor (where applicable).
- Proven experience in training and development preferably in the drone industry.
- Minimum 3 years experience in executive support or client relations.
- Experience in e-learning program development and instructional design (desired).
- Strong understanding of drone technology regulations and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
