Job Summary

We are hiring a Head of Training to lead and manage all drone training initiatives ensuring high-quality programs and compliance across the team

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive drone training programs (theory and practical).
Recruit train and manage a team of instructors.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and aviation authority guidelines.
Integrate latest drone technologies into training programs.
Monitor performance evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee administrative operations including CRM and departmental targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Aviation Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
Certification as a drone pilot and/or instructor (where applicable).
Proven experience in training and development preferably in the drone industry.
Minimum 3 years experience in executive support or client relations.
Experience in e-learning program development and instructional design (desired).

Skills:

Strong understanding of drone technology regulations and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Project management and organizational skills.
Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
