Job Summary

Overview:
A highly regarded financial institution is seeking a strategic leader to head up its Network Operations Analytics and Automation efforts. This is a critical role responsible for transforming global network operations through advanced automation AI-driven analytics and innovative solutions that drive uptime reliability and efficiency.
This position offers the chance to lead a global team of engineers and analysts deliver next-gen automation and align technology strategies with core business goals-all within a collaborative and performance-driven environment.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead high-performing global teams across analytics and software engineering.
Define and execute a strategy for network automation and data-driven operations.
Drive automation-first approaches to minimize manual tasks and reduce downtime.
Implement centralized analytics self-healing systems and performance monitoring.
Develop and track operational KPIs and service-level objectives.
Ensure regulatory and security compliance across all automation initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation inclusion and continuous improvement.Leadership

Responsibilities:

Conduct performance reviews and manage career development initiatives.
Oversee workforce planning and financial oversight within the team.
Communicate enterprise strategies clearly and consistently.
Identify and manage risks while championing a culture of accountability.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
15 years in network operations automation and team leadership.
Expertise in technologies such as Terraform Itential NetDevOps Splunk Python React JS Django MySQL and Redis.
Experience with AI/ML-driven observability and analytics tools.
Proven ability to lead technical teams across complex global organizations.
Strong communication problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
Understanding of public and hybrid cloud networking environments.Skill Sets
