Job Description

About the role

Were looking for a skilled and creative Digital/Growth Marketer to join our Zurich-based marketing this role youll take the lead in executing go-to-market strategies for our cutting-edge email security product. From day one youll collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing Head of Product and CEOcreating campaigns that drive real impact. Youll be hands-on with demand generation marketing automation and data-driven optimization to help us reach and convert the right audiences.

Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end execution of demand generation projects across channels including SEO GEO SEA LinkedIn Reddit and other social platforms in close collaboration with field teams ensuring alignment with budget timelines and pipeline goals.
  • Proactively plan launch and optimize campaigns based on marketing goals and KPIs primarily focusing on marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI identify insights from benchmarks (internal and external) and continuously test and optimize to improve results.
  • Manage physical and virtual events and support focused high-impact channel marketing initiatives to reach targeted audiences.
  • Stay up to date with product developments industry trends and competitor strategies to inform campaigns and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and Sales to plan content and identify gaps that support demand generation efforts.
  • Deliver regular reports with actionable ROI insights and lead team briefings to drive campaign follow-ups and improvements.

Requirements

Were seeking an ambitious marketer with a proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into engaging content that resonates with technical and business-oriented audiences.

Your background

  • 3 years of experience in B2B field marketing digital marketing or growth marketing ideally at a fast-paced tech-driven startup or scale-up.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Experiment-driven and pragmatic you love testing everything from targeting and placements to messaging and creative formats.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated demand generation campaigns cross-functional marketing activities and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Strong project manager with the ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluent in German and English: you can communicate clearly across teams and audiences; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs B2B digital marketing tools (SEA display ads retargeting paid social etc.) and marketing automation platformsHubSpot Marketing Hub experience is a plus.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is nice to have but not a must. Curiosity and a willingness to learn go a long way.
