Job Description
Introduction
Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.
Your Tasks
- Database Management: Proficiency in SQL Progress MySQL Oracle or similar databases. Ability to manage data integrity security and performance.
- Programming: Strong skills in Java C# or other relevant programming languages to develop and maintain applications.
- IT Troubleshooting: Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to databases applications and IT infrastructure.
- Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies preferably Agile (Scrum) or traditional (PMP) to oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Fluency in English and German: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Project Management Experience: Ability to lead or participate in IT projects with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business needs.
- Independent and Teamwork: Capability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of Laboratory Operations: Familiarity with laboratory processes information systems (LIS) and healthcare industry standards and regulations.
- Middleware and Instrument Interfaces: Experience with middleware integration instrument interfaces and laboratory automation systems.
- Business Intelligence (BI): Exposure to BI tools like PowerBI or similar for data analysis and reporting would be advantageous.
