Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (MBA IT / MIS is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT including 5 years in a senior IT leadership role.

- ERP System Implementation & Management
- Networking Virtualization and Cloud Technologies (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance
- Vendor & Budget Management
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced diversified business environment
- Any relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect PMP/PRINCE2 SAP/Oracle ERP or CISA/CISM/CISSP (for cybersecurity governance) will be considered a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Groups IT strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
- Lead mentor and manage a cross-functional IT team across multiple business units.
- Advise the executive leadership on emerging technologies and their business impact.
- Oversee design maintenance and scalability of IT infrastructure (servers data centers cloud environments).
- Ensure high availability performance and security of on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.
- Lead implementation integration and optimization of ERP systems (preferably SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to customize ERP modules for operations finance HR procurement etc.
- Ensure ERP reporting and analytics capabilities are optimized for business intelligence.
- Design and manage secure and scalable networking architecture (LAN WAN VPN Firewalls VLANs).
- Monitor network performance and ensure protection against cybersecurity threats (firewalls intrusion detection antivirus endpoint protection).
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR local laws).
- Supervise the development and maintenance of in-house applications and third-party integrations.
- Ensure regular software updates license compliance and version control across the organization.
- Evaluate and deploy productivity tools and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Define and enforce IT policies SOPs and security protocols.
- Manage vendor contracts and IT procurement budgets.
- Conduct regular IT audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Drive automation process re-engineering and digitization across departments.
- Lead R&D on AI/ML IoT cloud-native tools and modern digital tools for operational efficiency.
- Champion the culture of continuous improvement and agile methodologies in the IT domain.
