To strengthen our team in Prague DNV Business Assurance is looking for a Customer Care Representative.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our customers in the Management System Certification

  • Preparation of price offers and contracts

  • Scheduling audits support for isuing certificates

  • Cooperating with other departments and units within DNV

Qualifications
  • High school degree

  • Minimum2 years of experiencein admin position preferably in a comparable position in certification services or consulting

  • Independence and high responsibility for entrusted tasks

  • Creativity and openness to the use of new solutions and concepts

  • Excellent work organization and proficiency in MS Office

  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and intermediate level of English

  • Representative behavior

  • Efficient communication on all levels inside and outside of the organization
