You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting: Hopkins Medicine International (JHMI) is seeking an Associate to join our Projects this role you will support the mission of Johns Hopkins Medicine by helping improve global healthcare through project management research and international collaboration. You will be responsible for day-to-day project management proposal writing data analysis and relationship building with both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis

• Analyze demographics disease data market conditions healthcare trends and competitive factors
• Assess hospital performance data and JHI engagement outcomes

Writing

• Draft proposals reports project updates assessments and executive presentations

Project Management

• Evaluate feasibility of client programs (cost resources timelines objectives)
• Coordinate knowledge transfer schedules and program implementation with JHM/JHU faculty
• Ensure on-time delivery measure outcomes and support expatriate staff onboarding/logistics
• Collaborate with clients and staff to meet deliverables and enhance outcomes

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain effective client relationships
• Partner with internal faculty/staff and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Health Administration Public Health International Affairs or a related field required.

Masters degree in related field preferred.

Required Licensure Certification Etc.:

None required. PMP or Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Work Experience:

Minimum three (3) years experience in business consulting education public health program development or project management preferably in an academic medical center or major corporate institution.

International experience a plus.

Additional Information:

Position requires up to 30% international travel per year.

Work is hybrid: primarily office-based with some remote flexibility.

Occasional additional hours may be required to meet client or project needs.

Salary Range: Minimum 31.06/hour - Maximum 51.29/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
