Compensation and Benefits

$18.81 per hour plus sales commission

Minimum of 20 hours per week

Two weekend days per month required

Shifts:

MondayFriday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

Engage prospective members through phone calls texts emails and studio tours

Convert leads into members by booking intro stretches and closing membership sales

Manage the front desk including scheduling sessions checking in members and answering phones

Support grassroots marketing and promotional events to generate new leads

Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and creating a welcoming environment

Collaborate with the studio team to meet sales and performance goals
Qualifications
-
Sales experience preferred; fitness wellness or hospitality background is a plus
-
Comfortable making sales calls and handling objections with confidence

Strong multitasking abilityable to manage phones walk-ins and member check-ins simultaneously

Personable professional and team-oriented

Highly organized with attention to detail
