Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

Engage prospective members through studio tours phone calls and outreach to explain StretchLab services and membership options

Drive sales by converting leads into members and hitting monthly sales goals

Manage the front desk including greeting members scheduling sessions and maintaining an organized and professional studio environment

Support promotional events and community marketing initiatives to generate new leads

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions resolving issues and creating a welcoming environment

Collaborate with the studio team to meet performance goals and deliver an exceptional client experience
Qualifications

Sales experience preferred ideally in fitness wellness or hospitality

Strong communication skills and a confident customer-focused approach

Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with sales calls handling objections and closing memberships

Professional reliable and team-oriented
