Water Recycling (Wastewater Pipe Networks)

Salary: 32000

Location: Based within the Anglian Water regioncovering areas such as Essex/ Colchester. Please note your placements may vary across the region and departments so flexibility is essential.

Are you ready to take the first step into operational leadership within Water Recycling This two-year graduate opportunity offers hands-on experience managing the journey of used water from customers homes to our recycling centres - ensuring safety efficiency and environmental protection.

As a Graduate Water Recycling (WR) Network Manager youll be part of a high-performing team responsible for maintaining our sewer network and delivering excellent customer service. Youll gain exposure to asset management incident response stakeholder engagement and budget control all while developing the skills to lead teams and drive performance.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Support the operational management of the Water Recycling Network and collection system

  • Work closely with Field Technicians Network Integrity and Maintenance teams

  • Help reduce pollution and flooding incidents while putting customers first

  • Assist in managing planned and reactive work across a multi-million-pound budget

  • Contribute to asset performance reviews and identify investment needs

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders including councils and community forums
