Customer Resolutions Support

About the Role:

This role is an oppurtinity for current Ventia Employees

We are open to candidates residing within Sydney Melbourne or Brisbane proximity to our Ventia Offices.

Ventia has an exciting opportunity as a Customer Resolutions Support to join and support our Telecommunications Sector. This is a great opportunity for fostering positive relationships and collaboration among a wide range of stakeholders managing customer enquiries through to resolution in line with our client requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage landowner queries and complaints in collaboration with both Ventia internal team and Field team.
  • Manage escalated and sensitive complaints ensuring strict adherence to KPIs and alignment with client expectations.
  • Proactively resolve issues through structured conflict resolution processes and cross-functional collaboration guaranteeing timely and high-quality service outcomes.
  • Capture data documentation and correspondence in both internal and client platforms.
  • Where required liaise with the client to problem solve and troubleshoot solutions.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders including local residents and councils.
  • Work within a wider large supportive and experienced team.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • To be successful in the role you must demonstrate previous experience in a conflict resolutions environment preferably within a large construction environment.
  • Experience in manipulating data in CRM based software systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word Excel and Outlook
  • Ability work independently and a team player; works collaboratively with others
  • The ability to prioritise competing demands and manage your time effectively
  • Empathetic nature coupled with a resilient personality
  • Sound problem solving abilities to manage enquiries and complaints
  • Focused mindset with a commitment to meeting project deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
