Job Description

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for a Gaming Integrity Fraud & Risk Department to oversee daily operations guide a high-performing team and ensure best-in-class risk management practices. This is a leadership role where you will balance operational oversight with coaching problem-solving and real-time decision-making in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily team operations ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Oversee monitoring of transactions behaviors and activity patterns to detect fraud or risk indicators.
  • Validate and analyze risk reports ensuring actionable insights and accuracy.
  • Manage escalations during shifts supporting quick and effective decisions in complex cases.
  • Mentor coach and develop team members to foster professional growth and high performance.
  • Partner with management to improve workflows tools and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to performance evaluations and incentive programs.

Required Skills

  • Native or fluent English (C1) excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 4-5 years of experience in risk management compliance or fraud prevention with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and operational risk practices.
  • Proven leadership skills in high-pressure fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of integrity accountability and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including evenings weekends and holidays).
  • Proficiency with data analysis/visualization tools (SQL Tableau Power BI).
  • Experience with KPIs performance management and incentive structures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel Teams Word).
  • Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization is a plus.
