What youll be doing:
We are looking for a highly motivated and data drivenAccount Management Team Leader to join our growing team.
As anAccount Management Team Leader youll play a key role in maximize our partners performance on the Wolt platform. Youll focus on building strong relationships providing top tier client experience and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Driving the commercial growth of existing retail partners by delivering strategic data-driven insights and high-quality consultation;
- Analyzing partner performance to identify opportunities generate actionable insights and implement improvements;
- Testing scalable solutions for partner collaboration evaluating outcomes and implementing efficient workflows;
- Re-negotiating commercial terms with key partners to strengthen collaboration and long-term value;
- Setting clear targets providing coaching and leading by example to enable consistent high performance within the team;
- Fostering a positive and supportive team culture that promotes engagement development and growth;
- Sharing expertise guiding structured partner consultations and championing operational excellence;
- Ensuring effective cross-functional communication to align goals and optimize partner performance;
- Collaborating with Sales and Merchant Services teams to streamline operations and strengthen feedback loops;
Our humble expectations:
- Proven track record in driving commercial growth and optimizing performance within retail or partner management environments;
- Solid negotiation skills with experience re-negotiating commercial terms to build sustainable mutually beneficial partnerships;
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Operations and Merchant Services teams to align objectives and streamline processes;
- Collaborative and empathetic leader committed to developing people and nurturing a positive high-performing team culture;
- Results-oriented proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced evolving business environment;
- Passionate about using insights and data to deliver measurable business impact and long-term partner value;
- Excellent communication skills fluency in English;
