In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead Order Administration team on a day to day basis;
- Supports with any activity regarding the country strategy ensuring the team follows the correct process and support the initiatives;
- Ensure the timely entering of orders into the sales order processing system executing global initiatives;
- Makes sure the booking and invoicing activities are handled in a structured manner in order to best support the sales and order to cash cycle;
- Liaise with Credit Management to resolve any invoice discrepancies and help reduce the company DSO levels;
- Balance workload within the team;
- Supports the team in developing a customer focused mindset; ensures the team has a proactive communication approach with the customers;
- Develops a sound knowledge of the business strategies in order to ensure appropriate support for the local teams;
- Organize and participate in regular meetings with the local and remote teams for proper alignment between SUB HUB and BU;
- Supports with the Sales POR process ensuring date management accuracy;
- Supports initiatives for continuous training and development of the team;
- Participates in the recruitment of new team members;
- Coaching and motivating team members drive performance evaluations sign off holiday and leave-of-absence forms.
Order Administration tasks to be monitored:
- Ensure the on-time and complete processing of the orders;
- Responsible for complete order lifecycle from PO received to invoicing for the processed orders;
- Check trade compliance issues for each order;
- Generate order acknowledgements;
- Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered on-time and complete;
- Keep a close contact with the customer and sales team to inform of any delays and problems;
- Handover documentation requirements to the Documentation Controlling team;
- Provide constant status updates to European Sales Offices/Customers;
- Conduct data management activities;
- Maintain accurate and updated order logs.

- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Oracle CRM would be a plus;
- Customer service experience.
